The newest brand of oysters in the ECO family are grown in North Lake on the eastern tip of PEI. We’ve been working on converting this former mussel farm into oysters for the last 4 years and now we’re finally ready to show off the results. Being exposed to the north shore, North Lake has rougher waters with lots of wave action. This helps the oysters form strong shells with a deep cup. These meaty oysters have a burst of fresh ocean saltiness that follows with a savoury umami.
