Much like our oysters, we’re a product of the humble environment we grew up in on Prince Edward Island. As a tight-knit crew, we share a passion for growing delicious, sustainable food and love nothing more than a solid day’s work on the water.

It’s simple:

We’re stoked on oysters! After years of cultivating and watching them grow, when we finally get to see those fully grown oysters being shipped out and the smiles they put on peoples faces, it makes it all worthwhile. Sampling the goods (quality control) is definitely a major perk.

Time + Place

Prince Edward Island is surrounded by cold, clean water and Islanders have a long tradition of fishing or farming some of the most sought-after seafood in the world.

We are extremely fortunate to be cultivating our oysters in the uncrowded, nutrient-rich bays of eastern PEI.
